I was there on 12/2/17 and was very pleased. We chose the Harrison PATH station so I didn't have to drive into the city and this was my first experience. Here are a couple things I think will help others. 1. The garage was very empty for a Saturday in December. We got there around 9:30 am and left around 1 pm. 2. The prices were reasonable, but probably a little more expensive than some of the other open lots nearby. To me it was worth it for the convenience. 3. I felt safe there. There was no one wandering around and/or loitering. Of course, this was in the morning hours. 4. It's attached to the hotel which is great if you are staying there. 5. Take your ticket with you when you go. You'll need to cash out on your way back and I only saw the payment machines on the first floor. When you pay, it will stamp it paid and you will use that same ticket when you leave. 6. Very close to the Harrison PATH train. Just a short walk outside and the area is really becoming developed. You can see all the new buildings nearby. I would definitely go back.

Had monthly parking for over a year. It's ok if you don't mind the smell, abandoned cars, bottleneck at exit and damaged tires from the surrounding construction. Forget about leaving after a red bulls game, once spent 3 hours trying to get out of the garage. Customer service is the worst. Asked if I could suspend parking while away and got written permission to suspend from facility manager in April they decided to change suspension policy without notification when i turned in my badge in August and was asked to pay extra 215 or lose my pass. Did not get pass back. Was told nothing I could do because waiting list was too long to allow me to have my suspension honored even though I had written permission. They do not honor their word and do not give any notice of policy change.

Parking, location, availability is great! Customer service this time not so much. Speaking to a manager, Rona, about a question I had with my account was extremely frustrating and upsetting. Someone who speaks to you in a high volume and then once called out on makes an excuse that he is alone, he has 2 customers in front of him, his computer is down, and basically stating that I am wasting 20 minutes of his time because I RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM THEM about my account is maddening. I am not sure who is training this Rona person, but he needs a basic lesson in customer service and phone etiquette. Working in the hotel industry, this kind of behavior is totally unacceptable. I am hoping not to ever discuss anything over the phone with this person again. I'd much rather do everything online. And, to think I was very much happy with how service was whenever I speak to other workers in their office, my attitude towards this parking center whenever I have to come in their office is gonna be soured because of such a bad interaction. RONA - rule of thumb for us in the service industry, never show that you are pressured or stressed. As much as I have been through the weeds myself, I am more than happy to just call back another time if that helps you and you ask nicely. But, rushing me and telling me that I have wasted your time BECAUSE I HAD QUESTIONS because of an email YOUR COMPANY sent is unacceptable no matter how busy you may be. Thank you for a ruined night!

Convenient unless there's a Red Bull game then we expect to pay an obscene amount to park.

Spaces never available fills up too quick.
